This beautiful home in Woodway received a full roof replacement using CertainTeed
Presidential Shake TL shingles in Weathered Wood, a timeless color that brings warmth and
texture while perfectly matching the home’s natural surroundings.

Our team started by removing the old roof and carefully inspecting the wood decking beneath.
Any weak or damaged areas were replaced to ensure a solid foundation for the new roof. A
high-quality protective underlayment was then installed, along with an ice and water barrier in
key areas for extra protection against leaks and moisture.
Once the base layers were in place, we installed the Presidential Shake TL shingles, a luxury
triple-layer shingle known for its thick, hand-split cedar appearance and outstanding durability.
These shingles combine the rich, dimensional look of wood with the long-lasting performance of
asphalt—an ideal upgrade for Pacific Northwest weather.

We also installed all-new flashing around critical areas, ensuring each valley, vent, and edge
was properly sealed. A new ridge vent system was added to enhance attic ventilation, helping
the roof breathe and improving energy efficiency year-round.

To complete the project, we added new seamless aluminum gutters and downspouts in
white, giving the home a clean, finished look and improved rainwater control. Gutter screen
protectors were also installed to keep the system clear of debris for easy maintenance.
